I was constantly faced outbid, the terms of my VA loan was passed over on multiple offer situations etc. Doug was very compassionate and always available for my questions and showings. I had a great experience so when I was ready to move several years later, I contacted him. He did a great job navigating the selling of our previous home when we had complications related to an ice storm that caused damage to the home after we accepted an offer. When purchasing our new home, he was very involved with the details, advocating for us when the sellers weren't following through on the stipulations related to our purchase. Doug is thoughtful, thorough and pleasant. Appreciated doing business with him.

"Doug was my agent for both the purchase of my new home in Albany and selling my previous home in Eugene. Doug was very professional and extremely responsive to all my inquiries. The purchase of my new home went very well, but the sell of my previous home was to say the least, a nightmare (due to issues with buyer and their agent not Doug). I kept a sense of humor through it as much as I could and Doug enjoyed that. In the end, we got our new home and sold our previous home. We couldn't have done it without Doug and his team."

"Doug was our agent, for the purchase of our new construction home in Albany, OR. I originally didn't think I would need an agent, or much help, on a new construction purchase from a reputable builder. I soon appreciated having Doug on my team. We lived out of state during the construction, and Doug was very involved. He kept my wife and I apprised of the status of the build, and was our representative to discuss issues with the developer's representative. When a major issue arose over the grading of the lot, and local representatives being unresponsive, Doug was instrumental in getting the correct people on a call, so the issue could be worked out. He also referred me to excellent local Loan, Insurance, and Inspection companies / individuals, who have all provided excellent service. If I ever need a Realtor again, I won't hesitate to call Doug, and recommend him to any one looking for a Realtor."
